The ideal machine for cutting large quantities of cheese into equal-sized pieces
Our SM-300 cheese slicer is designed to slice a whole cheese wheel in a single operation. This is particularly useful, for example, for cutting large quantities of attractively shaped cheese pieces for the wholesale trade.
Cutting attachments are available for various cheese sizes and cutting patterns.

Cutting attachments for round cheese moulds:
- For cheese diameters up to 32 cm
- For cheese heights up to 10 cm
- Evenly cut cheese slices
- Available star-shaped blades: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 or 24 slices
- Special cuts available on request
- Incidentally, this process also produces the so-called ‘centre piece’, which is distinguished by its unique shape and flavour, and is a highlight in any cheese counter
Cutting attachments for rectangular cheese moulds:
- For rectangular cheese pieces
- For cheese pieces up to 15 cm high
- Cheese pieces of uniform size
- Available cutting frames: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 pieces
- Custom-made versions available on request
