Cheese cutter with turntable and underframe
Our cheese cutters with turntable and base are used for cutting gussets from cheese wheels. An optimised knee lever minimises the amount of force needed to cut the gussets. The rotating plate makes it very easy to cut even gusset sizes, without any loss of cut.
The stainless steel base frame is available with non-slip rubber feet or with stainless steel swivel castors.
