Cheese refining table

Cheese makers love our cheese refining table. The cheese refining table is used to refine round (or square) cheese wheels and makes maintenance much easier. The rotating plate allows the cheese to be turned easily during maintenance and makes it easily accessible from all sides.

The cheese brush and salt container can be stored on the side shelf. 

A major advantage is that the underside of the cheese always stays dry. The brush plate ensures that the underside of the cheese always stays dry, even if a little water drips onto the plate.

Plate diameter:

The cheese refining table is available with the following brush plate diameters:

• Ø16cm (suitable for all cheeses larger than Ø16cm)
• Ø26cm (suitable for all cheeses larger than Ø26cm)
• Ø35cm (suitable for all cheeses larger than Ø35cm)

Table dimensions:

• The table measures 70 cm x 40 cm.
• Optional rubber feet: The height (top edge of brush plate) is 75 cm.
• Optional stainless steel castors: The height (top edge of brush plate) is 80 cm.
