Our cheese brushing table is used to care for the round (or also square) cheese wheels. The rotating plate allows the cheese to be turned smoothly during lubrication and is easily accessible from all sides.

The brush support keeps the cheese dry on the cheese lubricating table. This means that the underside of the cheese always remains dry, even if a little lubricating water drips onto the plate.
